Bolero Vineyards understands that there may be instances where the Customer needs to return or exchange wine products. The following guidelines outline the return process:
Eligibility for Returns:
a. The Customer may be eligible for a return or exchange if:
· The delivered products are damaged, defective, or spoiled upon receipt.
· The delivered products do not match the specifications provided in the purchase order.
Return Procedure:
a. The Customer must notify the Bolero Vineyards of any return or exchange requests within 7 days of receiving the products.
b. The Customer shall provide detailed information regarding the reason for the return, including supporting evidence such as photographs, if applicable.
c. The Wholesaler will review the request and, if approved, provide instructions for the return of the product.
Return Conditions:
a. The Customer is responsible for ensuring proper packaging and securing the return to prevent damage during transit.
Refund or Exchange:
a. Upon receiving the returned products and verifying their condition, Bolero Vineyards will process the refund or exchange as agreed upon with the Customer.
b. Bolero Vineyards reserves the right to determine the appropriate remedy, which may include issuing a refund or providing a replacement for the returned products.
Restocking Fee:
a. Bolero Vineyards may charge a restocking fee for returned products, depending on the circumstances. The restocking fee, if applicable, will be communicated to the Customer during the return process.
Disputed Returns:
a. In the event of a dispute regarding a return or exchange, the Parties agree to engage in good-faith discussions to resolve the matter.
b. If a resolution cannot be reached, the Parties may pursue legal remedies as outlined in the governing law and dispute resolution section of the Agreement.
